Every project has a Project Initiation Document, which forms the basic contract and details that are agreed for the project. Our client and our team are fully aware of expectations and project deliverables. There are stages to address problems, issues and expectations which can be formally signed off through the project life cycle. The Project Initiation Document also contains details of business benefits, and how these will be achieved. There is a project completion stage and opportunity to list any learning points and processes along the road.

The Project Support Office describes a range of support activity that is essential to support successful project completion by delivering most of the administrative effort for the Project Manager. Essential reports, document filing and project plans are just some of these essential and critical supporting requirements.

Any issues that arise can be managed by our project support office and appropriate actions taken.
