Thinknetfirst operates with a range of support solutions. We can support individual applications, small or large networks. We can tailor our support solutions to meet the specific needs of your business or organisation and provide you peace of mind that help is available should you experience a breakdown or system loss. Traditional support agreements are usually term, and we are happy to work with you with a monthly, quarterly or annual support contract.

Alternatively, you may prefer to use our flexible support service on a callout basis.

traditional support contracts

Some business and organisation prefer to take support as a monthly retainer fee, which allows you to know exactly what costs are charged and what you will receive in return. This approach guarantees a Thinknetfirst engineer will be spending booked time on your site to perform routine maintenance, installations and system health checking. Our engineer can also provide typical administrative support such as adding, changing or deleting users from your system. We can also add in telephone and email support to your agreement so you have support during offsite hours.

There is an increasing range of different requirements and we will be happy to visit your site, conduct a full systems audit and discussion with you to understand your support requirement. We will then provide a formal quotation and contract for you to consider prior to us undertaking any support work for you.

flexible support

Some business and organisations feel that the traditional support contract can be an expensive fixed cost, as there may be few breakdowns and support needs. So Thinknetfirst is happy to offer our flexible support service where you “buy credits” which are booked against your account. We then exchange these every time you need help and you can choose the response time.

You can use this service for emergency callouts, routine maintenance and user support. It is your choice. The faster the response needed, the more credits it costs. In effect, you are controlling the cost by making the decision as to how severe the problem is.
